Norris!
You have to peel off the instructions, they are on the other side of the wrapper on the can. But I would add 750g of malt extract and maybe 250g of dextrose or 1kg of malt extract only and the yeast
iBooz2
Gee I hope you are brewing this somewhere near the beautiful Kuto Bay on isle des pins. Here are a couple of recipes to get you started. the lawnmower lager is easy and the Julebryg a bit more difficult but will pack the punch you are looking for I guess. If unsure if you can get ingredients for any of then just use the lager can, plus 1 x packet of Brew Enhancer 1 (if it came in yours as a kit) and also 1 x 500 g packet of dry malt extract. If you only have the lager tin, try to get a Coopers brew enhancer 3 and one packet of Coopers light dry malt. That will get you a reasonable beer and not lemonade. All the best for your brewing. Geoff S
Couple of good answers for a start, if you can tell us your brewing experience the guys can offer more suggestions, in the recipe section at the top there are a couple of old French recipes for a bit of nostalgia you could try.

I don't think that forum members from OS or certain OS I.P. groups/blocks (IT speak) can see the recipes unless they connect via a VPN or by some other trickery Geoff. I could be wrong for NC as its very local, well sort of. That's why I posted up those two PDF's. Cheers - AL
iBooz2
Plus supplies of ingredients might be limited too and damned expensive. When I was there a couple of years back a 450 mm pizza for two and just two cans local beer AU$98 at sidewalk cafe in Noumea. Och! Probably worth it for swimming spots like my favourite at Kuto Bay though, Cheers - AL

To be continu... Edited April 29, 2020 by grégo.nc
ben 10
Quote Thank you for all your answers which do not reassure me at all! . Norris; I read the inside of the label. I have all the material possible but I can only find the cans in my country, and still not all of them. I just put the contents of the can in the water, and the yeast ....... It bubbled lightly for 14 days .... 1008 stable, I bottled (good flat beer taste) with 8g of sugar per liter ..... What will it give ???? Sunday it will be 15 days so Monday fridge and we taste it !!! Apart from my novice problems, I live in Nouméa "IBOOZ2" and I indeed go sometimes to the Isle of Pines (Kuto Bay and the whole island). Yes life is very expensive but life is good. Thanks for the recipes!

Journeyman
Here's the latest version of the Coopers Recipes - you can select the cans or ingredients by clicking the little arrows at the top and it shows you recipes with that ingredient.
