Journeyman
I've now done 3 attempts at the Coopers XPA (recipe link from @Ben 10) with the 1st 2 only approximations because I couldn't get or didn't have the right ingredients. The last one was with a Woolies Draught can for the LME and Crystal Rye for the grain but it is sensational, even though I've only had it at 4 days in the bottle. Tonight is 8 days in the bottle so I'm thinking could be time to see how it is coming along. Lemon Drop hops is definitely needed rather than any substitute.
