Brew will be Coopers APA can 1.5kg dry wheat malt 200g of dex for a hop steep I usually do a hop steep and then a dry hop. I have about 40g of stella and about 60g of Styrian Goldings. I'm after suggestions on which would suit best. I usually use galaxy and mosaic in similar brews. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
