I did a quick one today, 22L in under 2 hours. Doing all grain is rewarding and fun. I did not make the Neon Haze recipe. The one I refer to above was another brew: Copperhead Ale, from another brew supplier. The Neon Haze recipe should get you an OG of around 1.042, for an ABV of around 4.1 - 4.5%. It looks like a really nice recipe with a few hop additions.
