Well done Mate. My wife loves blue moon what was the recipe? I am actually drinking one now, with a touch of lime to go with the orange peel

25L in the fermenter

4.5kg light lager gladfields 

1.5kg winter wheat voyager

.2kg dextrose

.3 kg ricehulls

12g Columbus hops fwh

20g of keg king sweet orange peel powder 7g of coriander seeds or a 10 minute boil

believe it or not I used us-05 it came out just a little dryer than blue moon but damn close  

 

I am wondering if to try a different yeast or just leave it as it was  very close in taste but a little dryer but not that much
