therealthing691 Posted March 10, 2020 Author Share Posted March 10, 2020 (edited) 25L in the fermenter 4.5kg light lager gladfields 1.5kg winter wheat voyager .2kg dextrose .3 kg ricehulls 12g Columbus hops fwh 20g of keg king sweet orange peel powder 7g of coriander seeds or a 10 minute boil believe it or not I used us-05 it came out just a little dryer than blue moon but damn close I am wondering if to try a different yeast or just leave it as it was very close in taste but a little dryer but not that much cheers Edited March 10, 2020 by therealthing691 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
