The Captain!!
Little Pale tomorrow. This is for a boys trip in a few weeks. Pretty similar to the Stone and Wood pacific ale I’d say. May do another something next week. Something low abv so we can drink all day and not get blind drunk.

Pezzza
Brew Day with a slightly finer crack on the mill after advice from my 'Drug_Dealer' (haha my malted grain supplier) to try a slightly finer crack - Bo Pils, Munich and Wheat... 64 degrees... on rainwater. Hopefully the cracked malt is not too floury which I guess is the other end of the spectrum of milling challenges..

MitchBastard
Third rendition of my Aus style lager today. tweaking some bits and pieces. Pretty simple recipe but playing with the nitty gritty rather than the recipe itself. Water to grist, mash n boil pH and dilution rates post sparge yadda yadda yadda. Should be the best version yet. All numbers were spot on Woe to go. barrett Burston pale carapils dextrose POR @ 60 and 30 with a sprinkle of EKG @ 10 30IBU should be 4.7% with an OG of 1.041 and an FG of 1.007 2L starter of SAFlager189 went in at 14 degrees and free rising to 16.5 where it will sit for the majority.
