The cool change blew in late yesterday afternoon/early evening. Welcome relief. Just to add some salt to the wounds, being Christmas/New Year week with lots of days off it's been difficult to source parts for the air con in a timely manner. I'm hoping my fridgie can do something for us before Friday when it's expected to be 42C again. Tues, Wed, Thurs are mid 20s to low 30s days but Wed is another public holiday. Fingers are crossed.
