This was well before everyone had earphones and in flight entertainment - that's why we had books! I think I still have a copy and will read again. Clive was seriously big in the UK in the 80s, he had TV shows that attracted millions every week, for many years. Vale, Clive, you were razor sharp, funny as f^$&, very very smart and almost humble.
