So first Coopers Extract is a Cerveza   OG was 1032, not sure why it was low, I used BE 2  and has been fermenting @ 76F.  checked after 4 days 1010 and now 2 days later 1010.  does that sound right for a extract to be done basically in 4-5 days.  Thanx for help  Mike

+1 to what has already been said.

Plus do not worry if the ingredients were not fully mixed, the yeast would have still found them.  Your FG at 1.010 sounds like the yeast has consumed all the sugars it can.

Give it another day or two for the yeast to clean up after itself and settle out a bit.  The beer should get a bit clearer.  Then bottle up.

Good luck with it.

Actually, I'm surprised it took that long!  With that OG and that temperature it could have easily been done in a couple of days.   My current batch went down from 1.045 to 1.010 in 3 days @19ºC (66ºF) including lag time.

OG is incorrect, assuming the usual 23 litre batch.
