Greenyinthewestofsydney
Id add an extra 80g to the brew. Once fermented i would naturally carb it. 80g of sugar into the keg and dump the beer on top. Close it up and wait a couple of weeks.
alilley
Just brewed this with some minor changes. Used a Real Ale kit instead of EB. Also threw in some Galaxy, accidentally a bit more than I intended, though I don't think that will be a bad thing, Cascade and mosaic are both fairly prominent compared to galaxy. Tasting at bottling made me think of the Pirates Life pale Ale. Made me remember that was cascade and mosaic too.
alilley
Popped the lid on the first one tonight. Could be best beer I've done so far. Can't remember now if I put in the dextrose (I probably did), but if I got off the couch to check the supplies I'd find out quick enough. Now that the drinking has started it doesn't really matter though.
