ben 10
Stop being a pussy and just use your culture, give the bread a two day ferment, it will work. 1 1

Naughty Corner Brewing
Gave the culture a feed yesterday and popped it out of the fridge in prep for a loaf to start tomorrow to bake Friday morning, so threw down some sourdough English muffins using the discard. Dropped the yeast from the recipe and just used the culture after I gave it a hurry up. Came up ok!

Threw some diced bacon & onion on top & just grilled them in a pan on the stove top. Really yummy. Still feeding my starter daily. Edit: I noticed recently a prominent bakery in NSW has begun selling their 23yr old sourdough to the public. https://thebrag.com/bourke-street-bakery-is-selling-their-23-year-old-sourdough-starter/ Lusty. Thanks Lusty, I don't need the starter but the heads up on the 15% Discount code for Green Beacon Brewery on the same page is a nice bonus
