What can I do with 6kg of Vienna Malt

Hi Folks

I have got a hold of some grains.  One of the bags is 6kg of Vienna Malt.

Thoughts on what I could do with this?

A quick search of the Forum suggests 100% Vienna Malt with 40 IBU's from bitterness additions.

The bible recommendations 1kg in the Californian Common Ale,,Dark Wheat 3kg, A kilo in Vanilla Bourbon Stout, Abbey Beer 1kg, Flanders Red Ale 3.2kg, Octoberfest 4kg , Vienna Lager 4.16kg  there is a few choices 👍🍺

LAGER ,Vienna 4.16kg , Munich 670gm,  Melanoidin 125gm,  Chocolate 50gm,

Hops Northern Brewer 30gm 60 min boil   20 ibu , Hallertauer Hersbrucker 15gm flame out, Liberty 15gm flame out.

Or you could just use a bit in most of your recipes, to add a touch to maltiness. I add 10% Vienna to most of my kit brews and it really improves them. I much prefer Vienna to Munich, which I find too sweet and overpowering.

I usually make my house IPA with Munich but I might change it up to Vienna next time just to see how it compares

Baltic Porter. These usually use a large amount of vienna or munich as the base. 

Made one recently, using approx 3kg of each in a 9.7kg malt bill for 23 litres.

Vienna Lager for sure. I made one with 3kg vienna and 2 kg munich and it was lovely.
