I have read all over the net that some use out post to out post with 10 psi co2 open gas relief valve filing keg.
others say prime the keg and up the gas in the first (emptying ) keg .
any help would be great.

Did it twice with good results a couple of years back but its a shitload of stuffing about. I plan to try it on my asian lagers in summer though as i cant get those buggers clear with my normal regimen.

Wouldnt bother with my other beers though as Kelsey said you can get results without filtering.

You need two kegs of course.

1. Rack finished beer into 1 keg.

2. Put it on gas and purge headspace to about 4psi

3. Connect up to the liquid outposts of first and second keg. Leave the lid ajar on the second keg.

Beer should start to flow from first keg through filter into the second one. You can adjust the speed via psi but i found slow was good.

It will take about 15 mins to fully transfer through the filter into the 2nd keg.

Then keg and carbonate as normal.
