AMBRE AMOUR - FRENCH SAISON

Just tried my first bottle of AMBRE AMOUR - FRENCH SAISON made from the Coppers recipe. This is only the sixth brew I've ever made. Absolutely blown me away. Never thought I'd end up making something that tastes as good and complex as this. Couldn't get the Styrian Golding Hops so used Styrian Wolf instead and doubled the amount. Used them in the malt brew and dry hopped as well. The Belle Saison yeast also adds great spicy flavours. Most impressed. Not putting it in the fridge, just fetching it from out of the garage slightly below room temperature. Nice change from the Pale Ales I've been brewing. Can recommend the recipe for sure.
