Or have managed to get a steal on an old fridge to insulate the FV. The box that had the FV in the very beginning is my saviour. Its not the best insulator. But will do a bit in keeping that busted arse cold air from that sexy sexy wort. Thursday night the wort dropped to just over 16 degrees, and last night (at 4am) the wort was still at 21 degrees.
