Action shot?  i.e. got a photo of it in full swing?  Anyway I think I got the gist of it... what do you do to cover the hole in the Harky Gas boy when hot smoking?

google it and look at a vid, there are a few.

The hole is small too, so no need to"plug" it.

Fat grind is probably too big for traditional mettwurst, but I like it. Flavour is tops.

Looks very nice Benny.

 Do you use the "mould" spray for the outside of the Wursts… that Charcuterie etc recommend?
