Luke
lol!!!! paul, like pauline hanson said"please explain......" Lees? Matt, the sediment or dregs?
PB2
I find that the sediment tends to get very dark with age and detracts, somewhat, from the flavour. So I like to stand the bottles for a while and pour the ale bright.

PeterL2
This Christmas I opened a box of Vintage Ale from Oct 2000. This is the longest I have kept any. It is very smooth with a strong hint of port. Does anyone know if it will continue to develop or is it as good as it gets? What a beer! To last this long and still be MAGNIFICENT. Cheers,PeterL2
