Im assuming they recreated the recipe with all grain ? Yep, all grain recipe, scaled up to the quantities required. Regulatory Pride of Ringwood hops and yeast addition to can for conditioning. But otherwise yeah my recipe. Few specialist ‘tweaks’ as well. Should be on shelves by April 9, if not 16th so I’ve been told

Only canned on Wednesday, didn’t taste a sample there but got a good whiff and it smelt pretty awesome. I’ve got a carton first off the line that I’m sitting on for a few more days as got to let the yeast settle a bit.

I’ve honestly never been bothered about water chemistry, must admit I’ve always used decent bottled water, but they made a point about the importance of this. And... I must admit I’m tempted to try some all grain now!
Beerlust
Congratulations again Chris. I just finished watching the production line video of your beer going through the commercial process with you along the way. It was really cool, & every home brewers dream. Well done again, & at least one carton is already pre-sold to this man even if I have to go to one of my retail competitors to get it. A great initiative Coopers, that I hope all beer drinkers get behind. Cheers, Lusty.
