porschemad911
Wonder if it'll be any good? I still listen to Aenima every now and again.
Hairy
I'll believe when it is finally released. It would be great if they made their music available on Spotify or Apple Music.
Farls
Yep, I never really got into anything post-aenima, loved that and opiate. Like hairy, seeing is believing for me.

Cee
Just found this thread So what did people think? I'll always be grateful for the music they've made that I still get into. I still find more and more in it and still enjoy it's uniqueness and complexity. And they made their music how they saw fit regardless of critique or trend, which was refreshing. So what about "Fear Innoculum?" I kinda found myself wishing the newer songs were 5 or 6 minutes shorter, and that they didn't sound so familiar to older tracks. I love Tool - but they have always been about calling it when you see it so - I was disappointed. There was not enough in the new music to carry that kind of timecount, and Maynard sounded like a blend of all his projects instead of the Maynard of Tool. So this one is not for me right now. It's Tool, and I have a habit of coming around to their music over time - but I dunno if I really want to dedicate that much time to these songs. For now, I will stick to the older masterpieces that still engage my emotions, and incite my mind to thinking.
