Over fermentation

I depends on quite a few things like temp  ... in general terms if the temp has been not high and it has remained free of contamination it should be good ... get it in a bottle then open 1 in 2 weeks and taste it the probability is that it will be OK ...

Probably not too late but definitely way too long to sit in there. If it tastes like Vegemite then the extended period in the fermenter will most likely be to blame. Hopefully it turns out well, but in future test it with a hydrometer to confirm fermentation is finished. It shouldn't need any longer than 2 weeks in the fermenter.
