Hermoor Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Coopers Cerveza has been my go to beer this summer, BE2 and Citra hops. This week I went to brew another one but I can't find any. Normally I can get them from Dan Murphys or Big W. The Dan Murphys website says unavailable and the Big W shelves were empty. Is it going to be still available?? Spudley Posted February 8, 2019 Share Posted February 8, 2019 My Passionfruit Serveza, Coopers Serveza, 1kg LDM, 200GM Dex, 200gm Carapils + 50gm Crystal steeped 3lts water at 65 degrees half hour, 25gm Galaxy hops boil for 10 min, 12gm Citra dry hop on day 5 in fermenter, next time ill double the dry hop amount. OG was 1040 finished about 1010 , bottled on day 7. Saflager S 189 Yeast 19 lts Kegged and 4 long necks 4.2 ABV Must say its bloody good and drinking the keg atm with the bottles still ageing .
