WildTangent
Howdy folks, I'm ready to make a batch of RAD ABBOT one of the diy beer recipes, but I was wanting to not use the coriander seed in the recipe. What do you guys think about not using the coriander seed, do you think it would still make a good brew?. I realise that it's in there for the spicy characteristics and perhaps some nose of a Belgian beer but I still not too keen on using it!.

Greenyinthewestofsydney
Coriander will add some lemony spice to the brew. Not a bad addition.
elLachlano
I've recently made 2 of these - 1 is still in the fermenter waiting to be bottled. To be honest, I don't think the flavour is as affected by the seeds as you'd think. I say give it a try on your first then adjust for the next one. The adjustment I made for my second was to lighten the ABV a little by omitting the Dextrose. They are quite potent.
