Smashed Crabs
Done a modified one with a extra Kilo of Dex... got some tucked away ageing but I use it as my left right good nite beer and had a few over the xmas period. I left 10+ Litres of headroom and had a blow out but others hadn't , it's a good brew but it's so thick iv nearly had to cut it with a knife. Not sure I could commit to that much liquid hanging around for so long.
Graculus
I've got one that I bottled in November. I wasn't going to touch it until June at least. I wrote about it in the thread linked below. https://community.diybeer.com/topic/5277-toucan-dark-ale-stout/?page=9&tab=comments#comment-164428
Beer Baron
I wanted to do one last year for this winter but that’s not enough aging for my liking so I might brew one in the next 2-3 months for the winter of 2020. BB

BB If you put a toucan on soonish that should be OK. I tend to drink them quite young & it really is a nice beer in the winter.
