What's in your BBQ 2019?

Big Day today...packed the Salami/Wurst from last night's mix and ferment.... and mixed and packed and cooked some lovely lovely Bratwurst... also made Rye Bread.. so home made Beer - fresh Wurst and fresh Bread is hard to beat.... bit of Rotkohl along the way haha 😀

And to go with the lovely IPA - some home made pizza on the BBQ  - the leftover Salami and Bratwurst meat - out of the sausage pack pipe/funnel - made lovely savoury mince for topping:

 - and we cooked it on the barbie with a pizza stone and then finished off under the oven grill cos we got no festive wood fired oven like the Pizza King HH @Hilltop hops  ; )

Ok last BBQ in the patio Q for 2020.  Filipino BBQ Pork Skewers.  Absolutely bloody delicious and oh so tender, washed down with some nice home brew beers.

Warning: these make a big mess of the Q's grill but well worth it.  Yummo!

Will post my recipe and technique if you want to try these out.

A very Big Cheers and a Very Happy New Year for 2021 to everyone.  Good BBQ'ing / Brewing in 2021, all the very best.

meaning?  Do you do some time on salt in the fridge to begin with?

Got some amounts for the garlic, pepper, paprika, brown sugar..  

Maybe this is better - how much sugar do you use?

And is the garlic fresh or dry powder?
