MitchBastard
Howdy, just wondering what those white dots are above the Krausen on the FV? Day 3 of ferment and I noticed them this morning. Maybe a bubble built up and threw some yeast against the side of the fv when it popped?
Norris!
Unsure really. Have you tasted a sample yet? It gets ugly in there, sometimes I am glad I cannot see what is happening because of the opaqueness of my fermenter.

There’s definitely some thick gunk in the top that why I thought it could have been debris from a bubble explosion. no one likes waking up to random spots they can’t explain am I right ? Norris!
So right Mate. If it tastes right then just roll with it, but like you said, no one wants to see that in the morning!
