jwoodward Posted December 16, 2018 Author Share Posted December 16, 2018 It actually turned out ok, a little more bitter than I would have hoped and more the colour of a west coast ipa, but still nice. It’s only been carbing for a handful of days and a little flat, but will be perfect for Christmas. Got some good lacing all the way through and turned out quite clear with the cold crash and gelatine, despite the amount of trub in the fermenter.
