After my visit to the LBHS I called in to the Coopers Ale House (the old Gepps Cross Hotel) which has been an Adelaide icon for years.

Now it is awesome one of the best pubs in Adelaide IMO, apart from being massive, more like a Coopers Museum, it has some of the best beers on tap & the food is awesome.

I highly recommend any of you Croweaters that haven't been there get your a.... out there, any visitors to our fair state would be pleasantly surprised.

I had a Larger in the bistro & then a Coopers AUS IPA (one of the RPOTM a while ago) the beautiful creamy white head lingered all the way through the drinking experience.

Being responsible I thought it a good idea to get the car closer to home.

What a great place, what a great day.

Cheers

Phil.

Mate you need to it is an absolute paradise, every Coopers beer on tap, the same as the old "Earl of Aberdeen" in Pultney Street city, now known as Coopers Ale House, city.

I am sure you know about this one too on the beautiful Yorke Peninsula.

I am trying to keep some of the 2 brews currently in kegs at a decent level as I have some friends coming over soon

for a royal p*** up.

I can get these on special at a couple of places so why not we all know won't let you down.

This software is actually amazing, for years when I was doing my graphics for the speciality products I sell, I used to pay megabucks for Photoshop/CorelDraw etc but with the technology we have now you can even get powerful image editors for free or at a low cost.

Check out the original picture.

hey that's pretty good, i've got someone that sends me pics like that to turn into table talker promo cards and it's always a PITA trying to turn it into something decent, nice that the watermark is easy to crop away and not obscuring anything.

OK, I am still going to try one, I posted that yesterday, head retention looks poor, is there anything good about it IYO?

very slammable after mowing the lawn on a hot day, it will also bring back fond memories of you and your significant other fooling around out on the lake.

Ah well I will give it a go & let you know what I think, I used to grab a couple of mid/low strength beers on the long-haul home travelling when I was on the road full time. There are some good ones & some bad ones.
