I would take it out of the fridge, pour 1/2 glass, see what you think & let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes & see if you can taste the difference as the hops will be more noticeable. Oh, so you don't get thirsty, have something else in between
Aussiekraut
Got my Oktoberfest packs today. Let the tasting begin First off, Spaten Oktoberfestbier. Spaten means spade in English and some people say it is called that because if you had a few too many, you feel like somebody hit you over the head with a spade. I can neither confirm nor deny this 4
Aussiekraut
And it continues. An Oktoberfest Märzen by Hacker-Pschorr. I’d like to see English speakers to get their tongues around that name The beer is a bit of an oxymoron. It’s a Märzen, as the name suggests brewed in March, for a festival held 6-7 months later. 6

My son got me one two years ago, it was soooooooo gooooooood

Aussiekraut
Last for today. Those beers all have one thing in common: they’re strong. All around the 6% mark. I suppose that explains why there are so many people at the Kotzhügel at the Oktoberfest We used to call Löwenbräu Lädschnbrei in Bavarian. If a beer is lädschad, it is pretty much poor quality, tasteless mega swill.
Brauhaus Fritz
A very nice Weizen Bock. Highly enjoyable and recommendable. Not the cheapest, but with 7.7% you’ll only need one.

Classic Brewing Co
Ok Stquinta, let's sort these bad boy's out, I have already tried the Kentish Strong Ale & enjoyed it so I will sample 2 of these today. Dan Murphy's have a member's special 4 for $20.00 & you can mix & match so I thought that was pretty good.
Classic Brewing Co
SPITFIRE AMBER ALE 4.5% ABV Not bad, these beers really need to be drank at warmer temperatures, straight out of the fridge I got the bitterness but as it warms up Toffee, Spicy, Hoppy flavours come through especially the toffee after taste, I would buy it again in a mixed pack, but I wouldn't buy a carton of it. Still not bad 500ml for $5.00!!

Classic Brewing Co
Shepherds Neame INDIA PALE ALE 6.1% ABV Nice, good colour & aroma, first taste reveals the hoppy, fruity, malty taste with a bit of spice, the Fuggles Hops really shine & it is very easy & nice to drink. I still prefer Australian/American IPA's but this would be worth buying again.

I like spitfire and the IPA but am not too sure on the Bishops Finger anymore. It’s been a while Oh boy this sounds so wrong
Brauhaus Fritz
Another bloody German brew. Got it in my local bottle shop out of date and half price, and it’s worth every cent I didn’t pay. Never had a Rauch Bier before. It is very smoky, but behind the smokiness is an exceptional beer. Might go back tomorrow to get some more.

Tastes good, but not what I was expecting. More like a bitter vanilla coke. If I had not seen the can, I would not have picked it as peanut butter. However, I can pick up some nut presence in the after-taste. But I think that is because I am looking for it. +1 to what shamus said this beer is weirdly nice, I think . It could be a little rich if you had a few!

Shamus O'Sean
Modus Operandi - Mic Drop Strong Pale Ale Fruit bomb of citrus for the aroma. Strong citrus and malty flavour. Highish bitterness, but not harsh. I would be ecstatic if I made a brew like this.
