supernerdy
Hey, So I have ROTM on its way and I am thinking about adding a brew enhancer for my second brew. Whats the differences for the enhancers and what would you suggest for an IPA? Looking at getting alcohol to atleast a 5.5 and have been trying to work out using the xls. Side note BigW had everything on sale so have stacked up on bottles and is why we am looking at the enhancers
Graculus
Coopers Brew Enhancer 160% dextrose, 40% maltodextrin (600g/400g) Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 50% dextrose, 25% maltodextrin, 25% light dry malt (500g/250g/250g)Coopers Brew Enhancer 350% Light Dry Malt, 30% Dextrose, 20% Maltodextrin (500g/300g/200g) Personally I tend to use just LDME in my brews. That's what I'd use if making an IPA. Which IPA are you looking at? Maybe dextrose in some stouts.

Watching the football on one monitor and the forum on another. As you say that's a craft brew kit. There should be no need to add any of the BE's. I was given one of those Mr Beer Kits. Winter Dark Ale. I just made it as instructions on the can. I thought it was very good. I'd make it to the recipe if I were you. https://www.diybeer.com/au/recipe/road-trip-everyday-ipa.html?utm_campaign=15310_DIY Beer October&utm_medium=email&utm_source=Coopers Brewery Ltd&dm_i=4FT9,BTA,7YAOB,RAK,
