Beerlust
Hello Brian & welcome to the forum. Making lower alcohol beer is about limiting the amount of fermentable sugar the yeast can munch through & convert into alcohol. What ABV% beer are you wanting to produce? Cheers, Lusty. Especially Roger Roger Ale; Kilted IPA and Nelson's Light. I will bet they taste better than any other commercial light beer out there.
Hairy
I presume Roger Roger is based on Rogers’ Ale by Little Creatures. That is a great mid-strength beer.

I've brewed the Nelson's Light numerous times & a close version of the Kilted IPA, & had many a bottle/glass of the commercial version of the Rogers Ale. All awesome beers. The Nelson's Light is the BEST light to midstrength beer I've EVER drank commercial or otherwise. If you brewed all 3 of these in a row it could possibly be enough to convince you to stop brewing & drinking full-strength beer, they are that good. Hence why I separate my brewing times of them. Cheers, Lusty.
