The Captain!!
Gday Ryan, Get a temp controller. I have a Keg king one, it cost me about $70. This’ll keep your FV at a good temp during the cold months. Captain
Otto Von Blotto
Second the idea of a temp controller. Whether you're using a fridge to keep it down or heating to keep it up, temp controllers make life a lot easier than using timers.
Hoppy81
It's a no brainer with temperature controllers/fridge setups, set and forget. I use the Inkbird and can highly recommend it. Cheers, Hoppy

PaddyBrew2
Newcastle would be colder than a witches tit in the winter. Howay the lads
Greenyinthewestofsydney
In the north of England in winter i highly doubt you would have to cool a brew down. A heat belt on a temp controller will do the job for you.
