Was thinking of making the blushing blonde but the recipe says to add the berries (im using raspberry) after 1 day. Thought it was a bit early? Any feed back would be great. I have not added strawberries or raspberries to beer, but I have used them in wine. I find raspberries add a lot of colour but strawberries add more esters for a delectable aroma and flavour.
