The Captain!! Posted May 21, 2018 Share Posted May 21, 2018 I once got some old Passata bottles from an Italian guy I know. I tried everything to get the scum out of those bottles. In the end I made up a Tri Sodium Phosphate solution of 25g per 2.5l. Placed a six pack on the bench and filled to the brim. Soaked for a couple of hours and reused that solution for about 60 odd bottles. It strips everything off the glass and drops to the bottom of solution. Amazing stuff.
