Mikes15 Posted March 15, 2018 Share Posted March 15, 2018 If I want to use DME or LME or even say Honey for a brew when the kit / recipe only talks about using sugar how do you calculate the equivalent amounts to use? ie, my next brew calls for 650g sugar, how much DME would that be, of how much LME if I wanted to use either of those instead?
