Got a particular strain thats best? I see the dry stuff at the LHBS is the MJ branded one. Very good, very easy. Made one with a liquid yeast, and the current one has the MJ yeast. The descriptor for that suggested an estery yeast. Mine is still going I think, I make move it off the yeast in the next day or so.
