Thanks for that one. Remembered this and peeled the label off as soon as I got home this morning
Greenyinthewestofsydney
Naturally carbonated a keg while i was away last week. Decided to keg hop it and get it in the keg fridge. 5 mins later im outside and there is beer coming out the keg fridge all over the deck. Did the exact same thing about a year ago when i forgot to cool the keg down first before hopping. Took off the pressure and took the keg hop out. Lost probably 4 or 5 beers im thinking. porschemad911
Siphoning Starsan back into my jerry can last night. Hmm that's making a lot of splashing sounds. Ohhh... the other end of the tubing is no longer in the jerry can. Oh well, the house needed a mop anyway after my little boy's birthday party on Sat. Mark D Pirate
Turned around last night, snagged the pump and of course it broke the outlet side clean off. Not such a big deal I think at the time, until I twig that without a pump a CFC is useless , Hmmmmm no chill Kveik rye ipa?

Guvna
Help ! - would silicone be safe to use? the FV and tap will be retired after. Just wanting to save the beer? Maybe keg lube smeared all around?

Naughty Corner Brewing
Food grade silicone should be fine on the outside. Actually any of it should be ok. Guessing though, but the contact area would be minuscule.
