I'm interested in the current ROTM but due to brewing at ambient I am struggling to keep brews under 22 degrees C. I was planning a hoppy pale ale with the saison yeast I have but reading the description of the ROTM I think it sounds good. Feel free to let me know whether I am heading in the wrong direction.
