15th day in fv

15 days and I notice fv still farting every 10-15 minutes, was getting prepared to bottle tomorrow og was 1044 and 1010 fg 2 days in a row, temp has been steady 19-20 for over a week. I don't want to experience bottle bombs so is it ok to go ahead and bottle or should I wait a bit longer.
