Beers Gone Wild
Never thought to use a pencil, bit easier than shaslick stick. After the first worked so good I did every glass in the house
elLachlano
My hack isn't too extreme... Continuing my ghetto themed kits and bits brewery, I haven't gotten around to purchasing a grain mill. I think I need to get one before leaping for an urn and BIAB AG. So still using the zip-lock bag method, I just upgraded my bags to PVC A4 document wallets from Officeworks. I bought 5 of them for around $5 and the first one lasted 20 batches or so. Much stronger than the glad zip-locks. This one is only about 5 brews in. The poor old roller is copping some dents though. Silmaril
I wouldn't mind a couple of these wireless hydrometers, but the cost is an ouch! https://www.grainandgrape.com.au/products/category/VIPRMNCD-new-products/7HYDRO TILT--hydrometer-tilt-wireless

Norris!
My LHBS just posted this great video for cleaning your kettle. It depends if you have a pump or not but for under $10 it is a good hack.
