FredA Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 I brewed coopers bitter with normal sugar using a closed fermentation barrel with bung + bubbler, fermented for 2 weeks then poured into platic demi johns + primed with sugar. Beer tastes fine, I used bottled mineral water do'nt know if this helps. For my next brew I'm going with canadian blonde but am using muntons light spray malt 500g + dextrose 500 gs + have bought 2 pressure barrels with pin valve to secondary ferment in this time I will be using bottled water again, any tips on brewing please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
