Cliff
hello all, for anyone interested, here's my new fermenter setup. http://blog.pankonien.com/ cheers, cliff
Muddy Waters
Nice one Cliff! That's a big fridge! I reckon if you got a couple of the taller and narrower fermentors you could fit 2 in there. The Cooper's ones tend to be short and fat which is as they have good headroom butt I can't close my fridge door as it is too fat. So I use a tall and thin one in the fridge and my trusty Coopers fermentor for bulk priming. Am I right in assuming you intend to lager in the freezer while fermenting in the fridge? I didn't think you could use either independent of each other. I thought they were cooled by the same motor and you could only control the temp of one or the other. Cheers for sharing the pics with us Cliff.

AussieJosh
Nice set up mate! As far as fitting two fermenters in, go take a look at your local home brew shop! Ive seen slimer fermenters that are a little taler then the coopers one, so you may be able to slip another one right in next to your coopers one! Cliff
thanks all, it's a work in progress i guess. Muddy, that is correct, you can't control both, the freezer compartment will be wherever it will be...i was concerned that the temp would vary widely, but not so far, it seems to stay at 2C +-2. it's gotten down to -.7c and up to 3.4c, so i'm ok with that. i'm drinking the Aussie Bitter right now, and it is also excellent. got the green neck lager in the bottle and Coopers Lager in the fermenter. this is fun!
