Muddy Waters
I just came across this clip on YouTube. It may be old news but I've never seen it before. Classic! Mate, you've gotta serve your beers hotter If you want more smoke. Hope you've got the gas under control. Priceless!
RichardE
He does give a great wrap up of the two products and really tries to give a good description of the tastes and aromas from each. Nice video work too. Tho the audio needs a tweak (listen for the background coughs and noises he he). Nice to see a Aussie product getting some net time.. Frothy Head to you All, Richard
The Brew Master
Go Josh, I bet you couldn't have done that after the last Club night!!!!!!! You might become our next Aussie film star. It just makes me want to drink more Sparkling Ale. Cheers, Peter
LarryR
I saw this video when I was looking for kits to purchase and it helped me solidify my choice in purchasing the coopers microbrew kit. He did a great job reviewing the beer...... Another good one was this video. Coopers should send these guys some promo stuff.
Bud
MMMM...Coopers Sparkling... This video just made up my mind on which beer to homebrew next! Thanks Josh
Muddy Waters
You're easily impressed Larry :) I found it funny rather than insightful. There was also a lot less spelling mistakes than usual ;) (Just taking the piss Josh - you should do more or maybe something different like a cooking demonstration would be good) Bud - You can't go wrong with the Sparkling Ale it is a great kit (Try to reculture yeast from a Cooper's Pale Ale if you can get it in your neck of the woods- It makes a HUGE difference). AussieJosh
Thanks guys!I did not think anyone was gonna really watch it! ;)
Muddy Waters
They will now Josh. Get ready for the red carpet. There has been mention on YouTube vids on here recently so I thought I'd better check them out. I don't really know what to think of them. I saw one where the guy was reviewing a Cooper's English Bitter which had only been in the bottle a week and a half! That's like reviewing a movie before it has been edited. AussieJosh
There is a big black guy on youtube from the USA, His name is Joe D i think? He has done heaps of beer reviews including a coopers pale ale one, and gets lots of beer mail, He dose some good reviews!
Luke
CHA CHING! Nice product placement Josh, you even put the homebrew in a Sparkling tally.
PB2
Nice strategic positioning of the hat to cover the "widow's peak". Did I see some symptoms of pre-priming, perhaps a few beers prior to making the vid?? What age was the commercial Sparkling Ale? It changes with time in the bottle, just as your homies do... AussieJosh
Haha! Yeah after a few beers i thought making a sparkling ale review video would be a good idea! Not to sure of the comercial beers age? You wish you had a peak like mine Paul! ;) So is coopers gonna want me for there next TV ad? LOL!!!
LarryR
I like looking at the finished product:) Paul have you guys ever though of making videos of each product so that we could see it made and better yet what it looked like with some sort of product review? Maybe you guys could have Josh and other long time brewers make some for you and you could throw them a fermentor or something.... It's the simple things like adding the dry malt....what it looks like while fermenting and how to fix over foaming when bottling... You need something to watch while traveling and it might as well be a video of your next homebrew:) Also, on the chance you didn't know...your site is slow to load in the US, any though of getting rid of the flash stuff at the beginning of the page. Muddy Waters
I reckon Channel PB2 would be a good thing. Each month you could have some tips, brewing facts or recipes. I work in television production and I could put a classy package together for you if Cooper's wants to give me a full time job running their "Broadcast & Entertainment Department". Just sen the word Paul and I'll come running :) (BTW Larry - The site is a bit slow here too. I think it would be great to have the forum linked to the site but independent in that it utilises a proper forum format and software. But that might require too much expense and work. I'd donate time and money to have something a bit more user friendly)
