Thanks Hoppy81, Ellerslie is a good suggestion, I'll follow up with them. Aussie Brewmakers is in Mansfield so not so convenient. I'm surprised it is not more readily available.

Hey brewers, I'm new to the forum but have been brewing for a little while and have an all grain set up. I've read about Coopers opening a huge new malting plant a couple of years ago, but I haven't seen Coopers malt being sold at any of the brewing shops I know of. Does anyone know whether there are any HBS in Melbourne stocking Coopers Malt? Thank in advance
