Hi brewers. Apologies if this has been asked before ...
I've been making & loving some of the Coopers recipes. Trouble is (don't laugh), they are coming out too strong for me (ABV) even though they taste excellent. Most recent example is Downhill White IPA. Great beer - and whilst it is supposed to be strong, the alcohol content is too high for me. Anybody got any ideas how I could attempt to replicate the taste/mouthfeel/head etc, but reduce the alcohol content? If I could get it to 5% or less I would be ecstatic. Just want to be able to drink more than 2 or 3 schooners before falling asleep! Thanks in advance legends!
