  1. Hi Guys, Just after some advice I have put down a pale ale brew from a tin about 12 hours ago. I have it set at 23 degrees on a thermostat using the yeast that comes with the tin. I have since researched that it probably should be fermenting at 18 degrees for a pale ale. Should I A) just leave it now at 23 or B) bring it back down to 18 if so will this ruin it? Cheers Daniel

  3. Hi Guys. Just looking for some help. I'm new to this and this is my first brew. apologies if this has been asked before. I started my brew on Saturday and only just realised I didn't lock the lid down like it says in the instructions. I have now done it. Can someone tell me if this will affect my brew? Thanks Daniel
